Workout

This time I am waiting for the second part playing badminton this morning. I am waiting outside the court. The weather looks so hot inside. I have just played twice in series that make me so tired. I am looking for fresh air to make my body ready again to play. Technically I am still not good, especially when giving service, backhand, netting, and giving zig zag smash. I am good at delivering hard smash but sometimes it doesn’t lead to the right target. However, I feel that my play is better than before when I was in the first time try to routiny playing this game. I don’t feel tired after games is over because I keep learning it’s techniques and also doing warming up before I take the game. I also routiny do jogging and simple fitness that make my body more slightly (but not thinny). I think my body still proportional and a step ahead to be like Cristiano Ronaldo’s :p
